Gluten-Free

*almost all of my recipes are gluten-free. They can easily be made with wheat based flour or pasta if you don't have an intolerance to gluten. If you have celiac disease make sure you take precautions like buying gluten-free oats, checking labels, and making sure other ingredients like miso and soy sauce are certified gluten-free.
